線上課程管理系統 (Course Management System - CMS) 回報Course Reporting via ACA CMS
為維持教練 (Instructor)、培訓師 (IT) 與教練培訓教育師 (ITE) 資格，教練必須於課程結訓後 30 天內，使用 ACA 線上課程管理系統 (CMS) 提交完整學員名冊與開課紀錄。正確回報是衡量全美與國際推廣成效的基石。To fulfill maintenance requirements for Instructors, ITs, and ITEs, all courses must be officially reported via the online ACA Course Management System (CMS) within 30 days of completion. Accurate reporting is vital for advancing national safety education.
四年認證週期維護要求 (4-Year Maintenance Requirements)Four-Year Certification Maintenance Requirements
- 1維持年度會員與 SEIC 註冊Annual Membership & SEIC Registration每年準時繳交 ACA 會員會費與安全教育與指導委員會 (SEIC) 年費，維持合法會籍。Maintain active ACA annual membership and paid SEIC registration without lapses.
- 2教授並如實回報至少兩門課程Teach and Report Minimum Two Courses每四年內必須教授並妥善回報至少 2 門課程，且至少包含 1 門教練最高認證等級之課程。Teach and properly report at least two classes every 4 years, with at least one at your highest certification level.
- 3完成教練更新研習 (Instructor Update)Complete an Official Instructor Update四年期限內必須完成一次經認可之教練更新程序，維持技術標準與政策熟稔度。Successfully complete an official update workshop or authorized equivalency within the 4-year cycle.

途徑一：參加專門更新班Method 1: Update Course
直接參與最高認證等級之官方 Instructor Update 實體研習課程。Participate in an official Instructor Update course at your highest certification tier.
途徑二：協助 IDW / ICE 培訓Method 2: Assist IDW/ICE
經 IT 預先核准，擔任最高等級教練工作坊助教並共同檢討最新政策規章。Assist with an IDW or ICE at highest level with IT approval and review policies.
途徑三：與 IT 共同授課Method 3: Co-teach with IT
在該領域 IT 監督下共同講授技能課程，並完成政策規章複習考核。Co-teach a skills course under IT supervision and review ACA Policies & Procedures.
